Dosing Systems and Robots
PTIL's core area of expertise is the development of sealing, casting and bonding process technology from single, double and multi-component reactive plastic systems.
Each production process places unique requirements on the components of a dosing system. For best dosing results, it is very important that material transfer and preparation, dosing, mixing technology and moving axes work in perfect harmony.
Polyurethane and silicone cast gasket as PTIL; polyurethane, epoxy and silicone electrocasting resins; polyurethane, epoxy, silicone and hotmelt adhesives etc. We can apply chemicals at the highest standards with our dosing systems and robots.

Compact Dosing Systems
The dosing cell DC-CNC 250, which has a table-top design, can dose the desired areas either pointwise or dimensionally. Integrated dosing system is especially designed for dosing of two-component chemicals with paste consistency and abrasive properties.
Compact solution with minimal space requirement and state-of-the-art control technology.
Compact and flexible - the compact dosing cell is the larger version of the DC-CNC 800. It is suitable for sealing, casting and bonding applications. It has an integrated control cabinet structure.
The DR-CNC dosing robot is the ideal solution for complex requirements
CD-S dosing systems can work versatile, they can be integrated into manual applications, semi-automatic or fully automatic systems.
The DC-VAC vacuum dosing system works under vacuum, preventing the formation of air bubbles in applications such as casting resin and optical bonding, ensuring optimum operation of the chemical used. Dynamic mixer system is used.
